ON A FULL-SERVICE REMODEL, WE PROVIDE:

1. Consultation and estimate - We will translate your vision into a full estimate of the scope, timing and costs of the work proposed. We also provide drawings once a design retainer agreement is signed and paid.
2. Design process - We pride ourselves on providing extremely professional attention to detail during the design process. We’re flexible, creative and value oriented. We will request some specific dimensions (or a floor plan) as well as any clippings or photos of styles and colors you prefer to get the design process going.
3. Permits - We’ll organize all permits and applications necessary to complete your project.
4. Construction - From demolition all the way through to cleanup, you can count on our team being extremely professional and detail-oriented.
5. Punch-list - We walk through every square foot of your project to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

UPON COMPLETION:

We'll complete your job on time and on budget keeping in mind that all the items are custom ordered for you and you alone!  There may be slight delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

We can provide materials only for the versatile homeowner as well.
