Basic Function: Sales / Estimating / Design
- Work with clients assessing their needs, build relationships, determine project scope & budget range and sell our process and services
- Work with our design department to develop initial & final designs
- Estimate jobs and prepare computerized job estimates & proposals, on a timely basis
- Ability to review drawings and plans for residential construction
- Must have knowledge of residential construction and all facets of remodeling industry
- Must have strong sales and communication skills
- Interface directly with clients to resolve any issues that may occur

Minimum of 5-10 years of residential remodeling experience
Must be able to efficiently run multiple jobs at the same time from start to finish and supervise field staff Knowledgeable of all phases of remodeling and/or addition projects

Basic Function: Perform all residential carpentry as assigned
- Layout including building lines, elevations, wall and partition layout
- Formwork for walls, floors, columns, highway structures, precast erection and other
- Framing floors, walls, roofs, stairs, heavy timber, structural studs and other
- Finish work including panels, finishes, interior and exterior trim, installation of cabinetry, casework, doors, hardware and other
- Welding, cutting and grinding
- Ceilings system installation
- Drywall operation including framing and rocking of walls, soffits, columns, chase walls and other Safety including scaffold systems, walkways, shoring, sheds, weather protection, and care of tools
- Equipment and installation of fall protection systems
- Own tools
- Have truck or vehicle
